ACTIVATION - INTEGRATION - RESTORATION

This workshop is designed to allow the participants to be educated and engage the breath in 3 different experiences.

ACTIVATING MOVEMENT: 40 minute high intensity workout/breathing techniques

INTEGRATIONAL MOVEMENT: 40 minute yoga inspired/mobility session/breathing techniques

RESTORATIVE PRACTICE: 40 minute Sauna /cold plunge session/breathing techniques

Breathwork is important for both movement and recovery because it helps your body work more efficiently and feel calmer. When you move, breathing properly supports your core, improves posture, and helps your muscles get the oxygen they need so you can move with more strength and less tension. It also makes your movements smoother and more effective. When it’s time to rest, slow and steady breathing helps calm your nervous system, lower stress, and help your body recover faster. Simply put, how you breathe can improve how you perform and how well you recover.

THE SEQUENCE OF THE WORKSHOP

  1. Arrival and Preparation: 10min 2pm-2:10pm

  2. Activation: 2:10-2:50pm

  3. Rest and Transition: 2:50- 3:00pm

  4. Integration: 3:00- 3:40pm

  5. Change and Transition: 3:40- 3:50pm

  6. Restoration: 3:50- 4:30pm
