This Men's Group dives into building resilience, connection and an ongoing community of brotherhood. The group will lean into guiding Men in being more aware of their healthy Masculine Energy through a conscious lens. This group will utilize practices that will challenge Men in the realms of the physical, mental wellness, emotional depth, and brotherhood creating a powerful, transformative experience.
This season is progressive in relation to previous cohorts, and also designed to welcome the newcomer with ease.
Core Elements
Breathwork – Unlocking deep resilience and focus
Rucking – Hiking on a flat trail with a weighted backpack (optional). Building on physicality and shared struggle
Meditation – Cultivating stillness and clarity through varying short Meditation styles and practices
Fireside Discussions – Deep, open conversations on masculinity, purpose, and life
LAST WEEK ONLY
Sauna & Cold Plunge – Strength through contrast therapy
Weekly Structure (2-2.5 Hours Per Session)
Each week follows a consistent structure, with the theme guiding the conversation.
The order of the modalities may change from week to week.
Arrival & Grounding (15-20 min) – Brief check-in, intention setting
Physical Challenge (45-50 min) – Rucking with weighted packs, bodyweight exercises
Breathwork & Meditation (20-30 min) – Guided breathwork, mindfulness practice
Fireside Discussion (45-60 min) – Deep dive into the weekly theme

One weekly act of embodied leadership (defined by the man)
