For 8-10 sessions, the investment is (2) monthly payments of $900 CAD or (1) payment of $1800 CAD paid through Paypal or e-transfer.

Single coaching sessions are a great alternative for some people who aren’t ready to commit to the Discomfort Protocol process. Single sessions are $200/session for 1 hr.
